Levi9 Global Sourcing was founded in 2001 and has grown to a full blown IT group with development centres in Serbia, the Ukraine, Turkey and Romania and sales offices in Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

Levi9 Global Sourcing's Board of Advisors is comprised of industry and academic leaders whose broad knowledge and experience help the Company achieve continued success in the fast growing market of offshore IT services. The Board includes Roel Pieper and Willem Vermeend.
Prof Ir. Roel PieperMr. Pieper was Senior Vice President of Strategy at Philips N.V. from 1998-1999. Prior to that, he was the President and CEO of Tandem Computers Inc., the largest fault-tolerant computer vendor with revenues in excess of $2 billion in 1995, backed by Kleiner Perkins. While at Tandem, he was responsible for a turnaround initiative that resulted in a trade sale to Compaq Computer. Mr. Pieper began his software career at Software AG where he spent 10 years in the US and Germany during which time he became Chief Technology Officer of the company. Software AG is considered one of the earliest software companies in Europe and at one time was the second largest global software company. He was formerly a Director of Computer Associates (CA) from 1999-2002 and Veritas Software (VRTS) from 1991-1998 (venture-backed by Accel Partners and USL), and several other technology companies. In 2000, he was selected to chair the restart of Lernout and Hauspie, representing equity shareholders including Microsoft and Intel. Mr. Pieper received his doctoral in computer science and mathematics from the University of Delft, Netherlands, where he graduated summa cum laude. He was an early stage investor in Lightstream (sold to Cisco), Globeset (sold to Trintech), Seebeyond (NASDAQ: SBYN) and Tivo (NASDAQ: TIVO). He has advised the Dutch government on technology related projects such as the Dutch Roadpricing project and the Dutch Broadband Strategy. Today, he is a part-time Professor of computer sciences and business administration at the University of Twente, Netherlands. Mr. Pieper is Chairman of Favonius Ventures, a professional Investment Firm, based in Amsterdam and London. Favonius Ventures is backed by financial institutions such as ABN AMRO, ING, CALPERS as well as several private institutions. Prof. Dr. Willem VermeendProf. W.A.F.G. Vermeend (1948) Willem Vermeend studied at the University of Groningen where he took a Master¹s Degree in Tax Law in 1974. He went on to take a PhD at the University of Leiden in 1983. From 1975 until 1984 he was a part-time lecturer at the University of Leiden and a member of staff at a legal aid centre. From 1984 until 1994, Mr Vermeend was an MP for the Dutch Labour Party. From 1994 until March 2000 he was Junior Minister of Finance. From March 2000 until 2002 he was Minister of Social Affairs and Employment. Mr Vermeend is associate partner with Boer & Croon Strategy and Management Group. He is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of Meeùs Groep, Free Record Shop BV, Nationale Vacaturebank, Randstad Holding NV, and Maison van den Boer BV. He is an associate professor of Fiscal Economics at the University of Maastricht, as well as a member of the Board of VNO-NCW (Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers).
