“Miodrag and Velibor are two skilled SAP Tech consultants, I’ve learned a lot of them, Velibor could explain everything very good about SAP Tech issues. I now have a good understanding about the work that the Levi9 SAP team performs in Novisad, I also told this to the other members of the SAP Servicedesk. The work and efforts of the Levi9 team are very necessary for the SAP Tech unit in Nieuwegein and Dordrecht. I hope in the future they will come again or maybe we will go to Novisad, it was a nice time to work with them.”
“I learned a lot this week. I was thinking that Levi9 did some things for Sap Tech. But it’s better to say that they do a lot of things.
Most transports are done by Levi9. And for me this was a chance to learn a bit more about STMS. Because as beginning Tech consultant i don’t do a lot of transports in my daily work.
Also the manual monitoring part had some great learning parts for me. Decide when to make a call became easier. The day that we covert BMC was a day full with info and lots to learn.
How to project manual monitoring on BMC was interesting.
Also we where able to learn from each other during this week. During conversations we came across problems Ordina or Levi9 had already solved. I think this week was of great value to both Ordina and Levi9.
And hope that we continue to do this kind of knowledge transfers. I like to thank Miodrag and Velibor for this good knowledge transfer.”

“Last week two colleagues from the Levi9 company where at the Ordina company to show us their activities.
I found this week very interesting and I really learned a lot. It was very nice to work with them, they have me explain how they solve monitors and incidents issues.
Levi9 monitored the systems with the BMC console. Formerly I didn't have much experience with this tool, but in these week I have learned a lot of this tool.
Beside working with this tool they have shown me also how they monitor by means of transactions, the most of these transactions I already known but they give me more additional information on this.
The company Levi9 works good. It surprised me to see that they communicate terrible good, they have intelligence of the profession and they frequently busy are improve the monitor process.

Monitoring with BMC, Special monitor procedures for several SAP customers, Transport procedures
We also talked about improving BMC.
Because Levi9 staff had a lot of questions we planned several interviews with different SAPtech consultants. At the end of the visit all questions of Levi9 were answered.
Especially for Elroy it was a very useful visit. During one week he had his own personal trainer (Velibor) who showed him a lot of interesting stuff about SAP.”
