Our customer is a world-leading provider of transport solutions, driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system and creating a world of mobility that is better for business, society and the environment. The product-related services that we are working on allow for the end customers to streamline their transport operations. The team you’ll be part of is responsible for the tools to administrate customer’s connected fleet, and includes customer-focused people who also have a consultant mindset. 


Understanding the big development picture of each sprint

Making sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope

Building a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Contributing to team’s motivation and engagement

Working closely with the product owner to translate epics, stories, and other items on the sprint list into actionable tasks for developers

Helping and coaching the product owner maintain the product backlog

Coaching the team to recognize and to remove impediments

Ensuring a good relationship between the developers and the Product Owner as well as others outside the team

Report on key project metrics to stakeholders

Building and maintaining a good customer relationship

Keeping the organization, the project’s stakeholders, up to date on the progress of the scrum team’s projects

Facilitating Scrum events (daily standups, sprint reviews, planning etc.)


  • Up to 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master 
  • Good knowledge of Agile – Scrum working methodology 
  • Understand software development life cycle 
  • Good planning, organizing and time management skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and needs 
  • Ability to understand the business value of service requests and prioritize them accordingly
  • Jira knowledge


  • Strong customer and team orientation 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written) 
  • Diplomatic and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Proactive, transparent, result driven, creative, problem solver, team player and fun 
  • Able to easily adapt to new contexts and changes


  • University degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent technology degree 
  • Scrum Master certification
