For the 4th time in a row Levi9 celebrates a 100% recommendation score

Earlier today, research agency Giarte presented their Outsourcing Performance report during Outsourcing Performance Day 2017. The annual report contains customer satisfaction scores on Levi9 IT outsourcing. As with the previous three years, Levi9 achieved a 100% recommendation score. Furthermore, customers rate the company above average when it comes to reliability, communication, skills, empathy, willingness and openness.

Thirty-eight Dutch IT service providers participated in the Giarte research. Customers have rated the quality of IT managed services on three segments: application management (AM), infrastructure management (IM) and end user manager (EUM).
