Levi9 Event App – Privacy Policy

In Levi9 we value the privacy of your personal data. Therefore, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy describes who, why and what personal data we process, your rights and contact details for GDPR related requests.

This Privacy Policy is based on the following basic principles: legality, honesty and transparency, limitations in relation to the purpose of processing, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitations, integrity and confidentiality, and responsibility for actions.

The Application is intended for and available exclusively to event visitors, (hereinafter “Application Users” or “Users”).

The Application was developed according to the “privacy by design” principles (built-in privacy – during development it is made sure that the system has functionalities that protect the privacy of the person whose data is processed), and “privacy by default” (implied privacy – default functionality settings have values ​​that enable the User’s privacy to be at the highest possible level).

The Application is free to download and use.

With this Privacy Policy, Levi9 informs all entities in a clear and transparent manner about the collection or processing of personal data, and the rights of entities in connection with the protection of personal data and in connection with the use of the Application. If you do not agree with any provision, that is, some of the conditions stipulated in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Application. This Privacy Policy informs anyone who shares their data with us in order to use the Application in question, about our privacy policy regarding the collection, usage, protection, retention and disclosure of that data. Before obtaining the data itself, the Operator informs the Users about the conditions of collection and further processing of that data.

   3. What data could be collected and processed: Mandatory is first name, last name, e-mail address. Optional is position, company, picture and password hash.
