Whitelane Research is a leading, fully independent research organization. This year’s study drew on feedback from nearly 300 participants representing the top IT-spending organizations in the Netherlands, evaluating over 650 unique IT sourcing relationships and more than 800 cloud platform sourcing relationships. In total, 38 IT service providers and 11 cloud platform providers were assessed based on direct customer feedback.
