Whitelane Research is the leading, fully independent IT sourcing research organization. The 2026 Netherlands study is based on direct feedback from more than 350 senior IT decision-makers representing the country’s largest IT-spending organizations. Together, they evaluated more than 800 IT sourcing relationships and over 1.150 cloud platform sourcing relationships, assessing 43 IT service providers and 13 cloud platform providers.
